BBC Scotland mis-Reporting Scotland as usual. To give them the benefit of an element of doubt, it could just have been sloppy reporting - but nevertheless, "miss" reporting.

This encapsulates how low BBC Scotland News is prepared to go to fabricate an anti-Scottish Government message.
