Ouch! Back pain is not fun. I have been living with it constantly now for several years. Best advice I can offer is find a reasonably priced TENs unit. Preferably one with 4 pads instead of 2. Sometimes it works other days, not so much. But when it does...ohhh is it ever nice! Though...not to scare

I get them every so often as well, but it's easier to just mute them where as with twitch, it mutes the whole video. No clue how to only do the sections.

Haven't streamed in a looong while. But when I do I stream on my youtube channel. I got sick of being hit with claims to "music" that I wasn't even listening too but instead was just in-game birds chirping or something weird like that lol...
