Ouch! Back pain is not fun. I have been living with it constantly now for several years. Best advice I can offer is find a reasonably priced TENs unit. Preferably one with 4 pads instead of 2. Sometimes it works other days, not so much. But when it does...ohhh is it ever nice! Though...not to scare

Haha! Same!!! Got blue-grey eyes and I need sunglasses just to go outdoors...I have about 10 pairs scattered around if or when I go outside. But I forget to take them off when I'm indoors and so they don't go back to their spot. XD so I line myself up with the trees to block the sun.
