Arrived at T4 Heathrow.. all went surprisingly well. Waiting for my flight now to KL leaving in one hour. All credit to the BA flight from Manchester to Heathrow & bus service from T5 to T4 (only 3 of us on the bus.. nice & cosy) Met a young lady from Spain going to Bali on her own..very brave..

At Manchester Airport early doors & all good so far. Been told we don’t have to pick up our bags at Heathrow so we have a good chance of catching our connecting flight to KL. Can we get from T5 to T4 within 1 hour & 50 minutes..?🤔

Got a horrible feeling we might miss our connecting flight this morning as we have to change terminals at Heathrow (from T5 to T4) within 1 hour & 50mins. Apparently it’s a 20 minute bus ride from T5 to T4. 🤔

The dog’s gone to his minder for a few weeks whilst we disappear on holiday. Strange how he’s often a pain when at home but as soon as he leaves the house we miss him like crazy..will have to set up video calls to keep in touch.🙁

The dog got lucky today.. a bit of Rugby Union at the cricket club followed by some Sunday league football on the local fields..cant beat local amateur sports.
I couldn’t watch it but heard we were winning 1-0 & amazed to find out we didn’t concede a goal. It was probably the biggest game since Carrick arrived & we somehow won. Impossible to criticise him if we get Champions League football.

I believe Heaven, Mazroui & Mainoo were excellent.. one shot on target & we won 1-0. Im absolutely amazed after the disaster on Monday night v Leeds. I got it massively wrong & Im delighted.. what do I know🤷♂️ It was all reverse psychology of course🤔
Best way to deal with Chelsea away tonight is an anaesthetic to numb the pain. After that Leeds debacle on Monday, we need a miracle to get a very unlikely point. I’m expecting a thrashing in the circumstances.

I only watched the first half of the Leeds game on Monday night (where we could’ve been 5-0 down at ht) so I’m expecting a drubbing tonight with no Maguire, Martinez or Yoro. If Carrick somehow gets a result away at Chelsea, give him the job permanently. Could be a case damage limitation..

Couldn’t watch the FA youth cup SF on TNT so pressed the red button to record it.. however because the game went to extra time, my recording cut off at around 112 mins..United scored in the 116th minute & won 2-1 but nothing recorded after 112 mins. Happened before with TNT..no point recording it!🙄

Im dreading this Chelsea game without Maguire or Martinez.. however preseason many thought that Yoro & Heaven would be the CB pairing going forward..they’re young modern defenders who read the game well. Their only drawback is strength & physicality. Chelsea don’t rely on muscle so we might be ok..🤞
