This is the real problem here. Even if we divided everything down the middle, power wise, we would end up at an eternal stalemate because of the divisive polarization of objectives between parties. One is humanity oriented. The other is not. It's really that simple.

Reading about the countries that actually have this sort of co-partnering system of government. For the most part they are successful, with as many as seven individuals holding equal power with only one president, elected annually. Success is specifically contingent on a shared value system.
