Without dipping into hyperbole, I believe Emeka Egbuka is the greatest footballer of all time.

Firecracker shrimp. Shallow fried shrimp served on bed of white rice. Sweet chili sauce with soy sauce, squeezed orange juice, orange zest, garlic, sriracha. Garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
