On the bright side, I am eating. I’m technically displaced, but I’m under a roof, with loving parents who make home cooked meals most nights. Usually when I’m this under and alone, I lose weight. So, I’m appreciating these 10 new lbs, even though none of my jeans fit currently.

The drugs were indeed working. And now they’re not. And now I’m unregulated when life is exponentially harder than before. This…isn’t helpful.

I had little appreciation for the effectiveness of psychiatric meds until now: the moment I can feel it leaving my system. I had to unwillingly discontinue prescriptions because of an unprecedented move across country & shitty insurance. I feel worse than when my therapist suggested the psych eval.
