At the waters edge - Birmingham Botanical Gardens
Creative activities collating ideas at the 'On the Sea Edge' workshop.
Spent Friday at RGS-IBG βOn the Sea Edge,β two inspiring, creative workshops. In between, went hunting for a sea edge in landlocked Birmingham. Closest we got was a pond at the Botanical Gardens, but it did the trick. Thanks to Katharine, Ashita & Carolina for a brilliant space. #RGSIBG2025

Great talks this evening focusing on ocean optimism from Emma Sheehan and @bd-stew.bsky.social hosted by OCT at the National Marine Aquarium. Amazing backdrop, although I did it get distracted by the fish #oceanoptimism
Thanks for the invite. I thoroughly enjoyed it
We need local knowledge, not just science - great talk from @kizzybeau.bsky.social of @plymuni.bsky.social at Saltash Sailing Club tonight.
