Je suivrai de près l'audience demain du DDH & avocat Ahmed Souab devant la Cour d'appel de Tunis. Le 31 octobre 2025, il avait été condamné à 5 ans d'emprisonnement & 3 ans de surveillance administrative sur la base d'accusations infondées. Il devrait être libéré immédiatement.

Aujourd'hui, les autorités pénitentiaires restreignent arbitrairement les visites de ses avocats.

Dans une vidéo préenregistrée avant son arrestation, Hammami avait dit qu’il ferait de sa cellule « un espace de lutte ».

Hammami avait été arrêté le 2/12. Le 27/11 un tribunal d’appel l’avait condamné avec 33 autres personnes à des peines allant de 5 à 45 ans pour des crimes liés à la sécurité et au terrorisme. Hammami a écopé de 5 ans à l’issue de ce simulacre de procès.

Sa situation est stable et il bénéficie d’un suivi médical selon sa famille, mais + de 40 jours, c’est un cap. Son état de santé peut gravement basculer à tout moment. Les autorités doivent mettre fin à sa détention & à celle des dizaines d’autres personnes arbitrairement détenues.
