Agree the ultrasound technology aspect is handwavy and probably not necessary. I wish they had kept the same endpoint as the original PEITHO trial. Using NEWS as a surrogate for decompensation is problematic.

I just saw Nirvanna the Band the Show the Movie, which is incredible. There's a lot of "How did they pull this off??" mixed with hilarious dumb buddy comedy bits and real-world gags. The first 10 minutes is insane. I highly recommend you go see it and read nothing about it in advance.

It cannot be stressed enough how these Republicans don’t see government jobs as jobs at all. They see them as titles, no-show gigs where they can do whatever they want. That’s why they hated the people in those jobs before, they thought it was a scam because they don’t believe in doing the work.
