San Diego’s housing market is highly commodified. It’s just not as bad as the bay area.
Another difference is San Diego is doing something about it.

“we in canada now?”
“yep”
“doesn’t look much different”
“nope. keep rowing”
i’ve been to Canada many times and have yet to enter a Canadian airport
Look at all that DEI sending astronauts around the moon.
Ugh - Houston - also an airport I have to connect through frequently.
Do not like.
But haven’t gotten trapped in its tram system like I did Newark last year.
bluesky needs an auto-block mechanism for journalists.
(except gaming journalists ... you be cool ... well most of you anyway)
The main complaint about LAX is getting to/from it. A completely valid complaint but that is a problem of LA in general and not just the airport. Once you are in LAX - it's actually a good airport.
LAX doesn't break my top five awful airports. And while I agree with number 1 of MSP being the least "stressful" (although they have an odd definition of "stress") - Sky Harbor is a shit airport. Crowded, no amenities, outdated, etc. I go out of my way to avoid connecting through it
That’s why I’m keeping my SoCal place while also getting a place in Chicago
Come on then, and remove him.

I originally read this as "Dallas" and I was going to point out the water usage its 100+ golf courses but its just some industrial park in Oregon and - guess what!? - this is what industrial parks are for!
I'm all for transparency but this is just fear mongering.
Skip that next burger
“I don’t understand anything about the system I’m criticizing” is not a bragging point!
90% of SoCal unfortunately
the average gamer goes on a 90 tweet rant against the gaming company whenever their ISP takes a dive or their cat ate a network cable so this is inline with expectations
Defense and medical companies mainly.
Very early 2000 SoCal business park vibes. Let’s create a massively wide road that carries no traffic even in the busiest times and shove as many palm trees in a straight line as possible.
I think the replies to this have officially obliterated my remaining faith in humanity... how the fuck do you even fall for this tabloid-level crap

After my nephews confirmation the Catholic priest came up to me and ask when he’ll be able to “marry me off”. I told him I could have my boyfriend at the Church within the hour.
He changed the subject to the weather.
