This is a genuinely good (shockingly rare!) use of an LLM. A tool that scrapes news articles to build a detailed, live, and human-verified database of gun violence across the US. The resulting database can then can be used to better research and stop our violent epidemic.

Oh gosh -- so grateful for our field and for people like @robincogan.bsky.social who continue to devote so much to ensuring our kids are safe and cared for 💖
