Every popular shooter is populated 35-45% by the most annoying men alive. There hasn't been a shooter where I've not completely blocked voice comms since genuinely 2015.
It's worse for us because we're european so half the people you speak to on comms won't even speak english anyway.

Godot is good for beginners but Unity isn't rocket science either. Unreal uses C++ which is harder than the languages you usually use for Unity or Godot.
I hate that I have like 19 different hobbies I want to become excellent at and as such none of them get more than like an hour a month lmao.
As a consequence I'm shit at all of them.

Pick a game engine and do the basic tutorials for the language associated for it.
So for example if you want to use Unity or Unreal you'd use C# or C++
And then try recreating simple classic games like Pong, or Breakout gradually making more and more complex stuff to learn the code.
Is that not the point of those daily writing prompts? I imagine it's like a muscle you build
Honestly I'm so lucky for my absurdist and post-ironic sense of humour derived from incredible trauma, anxiety, slight mania, and existential angst it really separates me from my Gen Z peers, that's a really unique perspective that only I really bring to the table.
