So while I‘m happy with the BlueSky feed content, I find the Flashes random soft core porn posts under the Global feed off putting. Is that just me? Do I just need to create my own ‚algorthim‘ for Flashes?

It does take some time to find a studio/instructor that fits your vibe. Many of them do talk to much.

Have heard something similar from a friend. She can‘t do the whole calm and relaxed thing. I love being able to shut out the world and just focus on how my body works.

Running sucks. I would go for yoga or spin class or rowing instead. Or pretty much any exercise other than running, except maybe burpees. 🙃
