It will be incredibly ironic if the state of Oklahoma is forced to spend down the Rainy Day fund that my GOP colleagues are so damn proud of, in order to cover for all of the federal program money we rely on that’s been halted by the Trump administration, which they’re all so damn gleeful about.

Trump’s decision to halt federal virtually all federal grants and loans is lawless, destructive, dangerous, and cruel.

It is illegal.

It is unconstitutional.

It’s nothing less than Project 2025 by another name.

Congress must act.
