Photo of a set of epoxy resin gaming dice whose clear interiors are full of tiny bubbles reminiscent of sparkling water, and tiny polymer clay fruit slices in shapes of lemon, lime, and strawberries like you’d find in ‘fancy’ hotel conference water dispensers. The numbers are painted a strawberry pink. It is not super evident in the picture, but there are some ‘cracks’ in the resin caused by experimenting with using a toaster to help cure the dice (the blanks it seems pressed on the shells in this process in unintended ways). The blanks themselves were done without a pressure pot to retain the bubbles, but this caused some scuffing of the mold when inserting the blanks to be shelled, and thus there are some tiny bits of mold silicone in a couple of the dice. This was a wholly experimental set and due to the described imperfections I don’t think I would sell this set

I only know what day it is bc of #repostyourart - day 19 is FRUIT! Of course gotta go with this set I made, Sparkling Hotel Conference Water in a Cracked Glass. I’ll add more of the process notes in the alt text #dice #dnddice
