What can you do? Vote and make frequent calls to your Senators & Reps (The 5 Calls app is GREAT for this). Get out to your local protests and organize. It might still happen to you or people you know and love, but it beats complacency.

No one is safe with this person occupying the Presidency, this Congress & this 'Supreme' Court. Don't be surprised even if you're FAFOing. Well, perhaps, those making mor that $1,000,000 a year, and doubt that many of you know too many people in that boat, so consider yourself warned.

On my calendar, I have a Total Blackout for Friday 4/18, but that's the last one that I currently have listed. Hopefully the rotation continues as long as needed, and even try to minimize spending at those being boycotted as much as possible at all other times.

This is literally the only thing that makes sense. Trump wouldn’t ruin the economy for nothing: there’s always a game afoot.

At the time the Memorandum was signed, three years after the collapse of the former Soviet Union, Ukraine had the third largest nuclear arsenal in the WORLD behind the United States and Russia.

If you don't understand why half the US and all of Europe are horrified by the way President Zelensky was treated in our Oval Office yesterday, then you might want to read up on the Budapest Memorandum of 1994.

And once #Obergerfell falls and #MarriageEquality is history, what's next?

I never thought dying in a concentration camp in my 60s was a possible outcome but the likelihood keeps climbing.

And this little old queer is afraid, friends.

5 Calls seems to be a great way for introverts like me to actually call our Congresspeople. It gives the phone numbers and even includes a script for what to say. Even I can do this and will be giving it a shot for as long as Mr. Trump is trying to install himself as a king.

I've been feeling very ineffectual when I've been submitting Contact Forms to my Senators & Representative. As an introvert, I haven't had the courage to place actual phone calls to their offices, which carry more weight and are the most effective way to let your Congresspeople know your opinion.

If this is the musician Jay Brannan, it would sure be nice to hear you singing again. I miss it. Even your great covers would be wonderful, if new music isn't in the cards. I certainly wish you the very best in what you're doing. I still get chills from your past albums/EP. It still has meaning.

After Biden pardoned Jan. 6 police officers, Trump pardoned Jan. 6 criminals The new president agreed to let violent criminals back onto American streets, and then peddled discredited conspiracy theories and lies about the attack.

In a nutshell...

"Biden pardoned January 6 police officers,
Trump pardoned January 6 criminals."

Write them all. Write to the committee members regardless of state. It is the one mechanism, besides voting, that the regular American has to voice their opinion to their representatives. Contribute as you can to groups that do work you admire since they manage to say it with a louder voice.
