You can’t break a few eggs without making an omelette 🐣🍳
I didn’t spend 8 years at clown college for people to call me “Bozo the Person.”
I believe the *full* phrase is:
A jack of all trades is a master of none,
But often times better than a master of one,
If you got jack problems I feel bad for you son,
I got 99 problems but a jack ain't one.
I’ve decided that if I had done the classic trans-girl-picking-an-old-lady-name thing, I would have gone with Murgatroyd.
Like a badass.
Be the roar you want to see in the 20’s.
For the record, I don’t!
Fun breakdown of my anxiety… For the vast majority of my friends, I assume they either
(a) secretly hate me, or
(b) think I secretly hate them, even though I don’t.
Which one are you?
I'll also say that I am a DELIGHTFUL podcast guest. Just ask @bexmcglex.bsky.social ,or @demontomatodave.bsky.social ,or @mikeyface.bsky.social ,or @krisstraub.com ,or @stuartgipp.bsky.social, or some other bugger.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Governor Polis Orders Flags to Half-Staff to Honor the Anniversary of September 11th and the Passing of Charlie Kirk
Someone shot up my kid's school today, and our governor is paying tribute to a guy who thought that is an acceptable price to pay for having the Second Amendment.
Jared Polis has failed Colorado.
Man that dude will do anything to avoid debating Dean Withers

One circle says “Democrats actively fighting fascism.” The other circle says “Democrats actively fighting transphobia. Text: “How is THIS the fucking Venn diagram we ended up with?” The circles do not overlap.
Seriously, how though?
You got @benpaddon.net?! They’re great!
Chuck didn’t make me feel like a “distant” relative—in fact, that day I watched him treat everyone like family.
I told him about how I was in the concert and jazz bands at school, and he even let me play a few jazz scales on his fluglehorn.
During the show, he invited me to join him onstage for a song—we improvised together and it’s still one of the highlights of my life. There’s a photo somewhere.
My dad and I took the train in. I remember carrying my trumpet case in front of me, using it to protect myself against the bustling midtown crowd, as we made our way from Grand Central down to the club.
We met before the show, in the green room, and chatted for awhile.
I was about 12 years old when I met Chuck. He was a distant relative and I only met him the one time, but I’ll cherish it forever.
Chuck was playing at The Blue Note in New York City, and he had arranged for me to join him onstage for a bit. 🧵

I got a bidet. Game changer.
We're over a third of the way funded for my sister's funeral. A huge thank you to everyone who has contributed so far. It means the world to me and my family.
Doctor Who fans will know Ben from Gallifrey One, as a genial panel host (part of the Game of Rassilon and stepping in to replace me on game shows) and all round good person. Please pitch in and help if you can. #DoctorWho
The problem with most machine-based random number generators is that they’re not TRULY random, so if you need genuine randomness it is sometimes necessary to link your code to an external random process like a physical noise source or the current rate of US tariffs on a given country.
Yeah. I mean she wrote a whole book series about being bullied by a kid with beautiful blond hair—she’s been after me the whole time.
Incidentally, in my experience, the only people who get this angry about asexual people are… rapists.
Tweet from JK Rowling on X: “Happy International Fake Oppression Day to everyone who wants complete strangers to know they don’t fancy a shag.” Included infographic with her tweet: “International Asexuality Day: April 6th. Asexuality is where a person experienced little too no sexual attraction. Asexual people can form deep emotional connections and relationships but don’t experience sexual attraction in the same way as others.”
Look I’m not saying that my performance of “Asexuality! The Solo Musical”—as part of the (Cursed Child counter programming) Joy Who Lived festival of trans theatre in LA—was so successful that it made JK Rowling lash out against the ace community. But I’m not *not* saying that either.
Happy International Asexuality Day! Here’s a song from my musical I wrote about the first time I heard the word “asexual,” and it felt like something was finally right.
