Best 4/20 gift ever (well almost…)!
It’s the time of year when young starlings regularly fly into our aunroom windows and daze themselves for a bit (and sometimes die). We’ve really done all we can to prevent this. Ahh, nature.
I was hoping it wasn’t another leak! Related, I’m researching exterior line coverage plans since mine is up for renewal soon.
Spring cleaning or old house issue?
Post-vax day 3: my poor 1/2 functioning immune system is still making me run a fever, but B is now completely fine. We did a grocery run early this morning and am otherwise having a lazy Sunday.
My vaccine side effects last night and today seem to be just running a fever and being far too warm. @libcloudcity feels worse than how I’m doing. 🤷♀️

Anyhow, my work headphones muffle outside noises, so that’s good.
Spring break + nice weather = parents sending their screaming children outside early today.
For 13 weeks, Marine recruits aren’t allowed to see their families. Not once. Graduation day is the first reunion. It’s supposed to be a celebration. At Parris Island in South Carolina this week, ICE agents will be stationed at the gate checking the immigration status of anyone who shows up to watch
