I just really tired of the AI companies and AI bros complaining about the chilling effect of legislation and regulations. The financial and health sectors are heavily regulated and they make trillions a year.
I guess the truly brilliant people work in those industries

I applaud the paper but it important to note that this very topic has been discussed for along time in security. AI researchers, policy makers and writers should be looking at all the previous work before reinventing the wheel
