After effect is that I had to get up early to go to San Francisco for work, and realized midway there that my jacket doesn’t match my pants.

I ran into the bartender from my Monday night run group there, who I’ve also seen at local cyclocross races, so I guess we have a special bond now.

Tuesday night at the punk show- The Menzingers, with I Am The Avalanche opening. Fittingly, the first song was “America I Love You (But You’re Freaking Me Out).”

Started my Detroit Tigers game attendance in San Diego tonight, where they took the L. I haven’t seen a Tigers victory in person for 2 plus years now, but I have tix for at least 4 more games this year- 1 in SF, and 3 in Sac.

He didn’t mention it by name, but I deduced it was the Mendocino 50K, which looks like a cool race.

In a legislative hearing tonight, and a witness mentioned an ultramarathon race in passing during testimony, so I naturally spent part of the debate looking up the race, the route, and past results. I’m easily distracted.

No respect

Tigers are going all the way this year, whatever it takes.

It is too early in the work year for walking around in a suit in this heat.

Our air district recently took a support position on this bill and I’m looking forward to helping out.

Multitasked a fantasy baseball draft while drinking wine at an Oscars party. For Tigers I got Valdez, Torres, Dingler, Carpenter, and Vest. Most near the end of the draft. We’ll see how this goes.
