Mandatory in-office time is such a waste of time, resources, and unnecessary.
Sorry this is being implemented π

Ontario citizens should sue him for whatever monetary loss the province takes from this.
The dentist is 45 min late but they have country music on so it only feels like a few hours.
A related point I like to make: The act of riding a bike is inherently very safe. The danger comes from cars.
Burnout? Life is hard these days. It's okay to struggle and give yourself grace when it happens.
Not to mention the subways!
I'd rather have small tents that better represent their constituents and party platform. Force collaboration and actual conversation about what would serve Canadians best
oh my godddddd can we get paris-roubaix femmes coverage please

How hard core?
I have two:
An abus foldable with fancy key that is super nice but heavy as hell. It mounts where a bottle cage goes.
I also have an abus zip tie style one with a number combo that is light and fits in my jersey pocket nicely, very low security though.
Feeling pretty good about my draft. Tomorrow and Tuesday to perform a final edit and then submit. Whew!
We're having homemade pizzas, like Jesus intended. Just my wife and kids though!
Our family isn't making the 2100km+ trip to visit. Makes for calm holidays π
I would pay $16 and take $8 away from police/tank maintenance for even better safety.
Assumption of municipal and provincial government:
Residents want to pay less taxes and not have transit.
Reality: tax me daddy.

15 pages in and probably another 4 to go. The best way to spend Easter for sure!
The title to my paper:
Misalignment of transportation investment and stakeholder value creation: a stakeholder theory analysis of active and mass transportation underinvestment in Halifax, Nova Scotia"
Wish me luck!
Working on a final project for one of my business classes: write a case study impacting business/social/environmental outcomes with stakeholder theory
I'll either get a great score because my passion will be evident, or a bad grade if my prof disagrees and sees me as too biased.
Hopefully in the medium term we can reverse climate change on earth. Would be a nice proof of concept that we can terraform another planet. Otherwise we won't need to worry about genetic engineering to survive on mars.
I've met very few vegan men π
I'm not trying to date them though.
Sad to see NS and Federal NDP party lose official status last election, but their candidates, platform, and response to Gaza were so bad. Hope they get their head out of their ass regionally and federally. There needs to be more than two parties influencing policy.
Can confirm after working there for 10 years.
Everyone here is disappointed as well. Sigh
Cool take, womens cycling is always more exciting than mens.
Sometimes getting the calories you can take in are more important that the origin. Get some joy where you can.
Seeing animals in factory farming and halal/kosher slaughter houses was a pretty quick justification for me to choose a vegan lifestyle. I'm grateful I have the means/access to minimize the suffering where I can.
I know it's not feasible for everyone, but hope more that can see behind the curtain.
Stuff thike this blows my mind. I try to imagine the reaction if pharmacies had policies like this. Why do doctors offices get a pass, or why don't other businesses follow their example.
They also hate its future to be fair. Remarkable how hard they actively make the city worse by catering to a few rich assholes.
NSGEU β’ βJust eight days before these Visitor Information Centre staff at the airport were unceremoniously laid off, they were visited by the Premier himself, who told them to keep up the good work. We guess he meant to add: "... for one more week." Is this the kind of respect our Premier has for the public service in Nova Scotia?β Photo attached of Tim Houston posting with two staff members (their faces are covered) at the airport.

We live in a world where giving to charities is considered noble and praiseworthy, but creating a society that doesn't require charity is considered socialist and bad.
