my depression was completely untreated until i was 18, but the meds didn't agree with me and i didn't get treatment again until age 25.

i recall a lot of sitting in my bedroom, alone with my knife, thinking dark thoughts. so if writing these helped me survive, i guess it's ultimately a good thing.
