Hey, look I can buy an asset to do the thing!
Buys.
Half-hearted attempt to read the documentation.
Gets confused.
I'm just going to go make it from scratch instead.

I've got some preliminary trailer audio and its sounding good. Very excited! #gamedev #gamemusic
Am I motivated to work on my game tonight? No...but I'm going to do it anyway. Minimum of 15 minutes. Let see how long I actually spend working on it. #indiedev #gamedevlife
Particles are fun. The basic particle looks kinda like Navi. Now I have learn how to make actual particle textures, but in the meantime I'm tempted to change the hit sound to "Hey Listen!" #gamedev #games
My pine trees have wind!!! After trying lots of, mostly complicated, ways to add wind to these trees, it turns out some times the simplest solutions are the best. Woo wind!!! #indiedev #gamedev
Goal for this month is to polish all the trail maintenance activities in the game. Hopefully I have a side by side comparison to show soon! #gamedev #goals #gamefeel
Trail at twilight. Working on night time lighting. It's not totally there yet, but I'm making progress. #indiedev #lighting #cozyhorror

Now if only they would work together!!! It's okay though, making progress.

I will not give in to scope creep. I will not give in to scope creep. I will not give in to scope creep...Yup, I'll just keep telling myself that. #indiedev
Sometimes it just feels like you sit down to work on your game and nothing goes right. #gamedev

Thank you! It took a while to get the design for them down.
Thank you!
And now everything is working again. I can pretend that I know what I'm doing!!!
Either way sounds are now working for interactions and now I get to have fun deciding which audio effects to use! :)

When you're coding and think everything is going well and then you do a quick test play on your game and suddenly everything is broken...#gamedev
The goal for this week is to get a working Main Menu screen, get a better handle on capsules for Steam, and I will be beginning work on a new area of the game. Look out for upcoming screenshots! #indiedev #gamedev
This is the beginning of the in-game map for Trail Work. I took a screenshot from above in Unity and then drew over it. Blue is water, and red is the trails. Also, it takes 35 minutes real time to walk the outside loop of trails. I'll just keep telling myself its not that big...

Didn't really want to work on my game tonight. Made myself sit down and do it anyway. Now the first sounds of the game have been set up and there are more to follow. I am back to being motivated again! #gamedev #indiegame
Been working on terrain. Spent 35 minutes just walking around it, and even without trees and rocks and stuff, its really starting to feel like a wilderness.

Day 15 - GoldenEye 007. I used to know where every single spawn point was in multiplayer. And that is why we didn't play with proximity mines.
