about to finish the first playthrough of ME3 in 14 years...this is still absolutely true for me, regardless of how I feel about the ending. My consolation will be a second run through with mods.

4, eventually I will probably do a final Me3 run with some mods (like the Happy Ending, yes my Shepard has earned one). For now I want to see how I feel experiencing the, at the time crucial, “artistic integrity “ of the ending…
3, one thing I did enjoy this time around was playing with a few mods. Casual hubs for ME2, allowing Shepard and most squad mates to wear civilian clothing in hub worlds was the wonderful little change that really helped with immersion.
2, I finished a “near as complete as I remembered it” run of ME2 and I’ve decided to open old wounds and start ME3. My disappointment at the ending was more raw back in 2012. Now I’m just disappointed, having long replaced the ending with my own head canon.
Replaying mass effect trilogy for the first time in over a decade. Theres a lot of feels I didn’t expect to come up. I can feel the difference of 14 years between when I played it and now…
It was always one of my favorite set of games of all time. I enjoyed ME2 the most.

still feel like refactoring things in Godot can be more tedious than a pure code-based engine. However, I think I was able to get my brain in the right headspace for splitting data from gameplay logic scripts.

Second Rampage, I prefer the tough as nails RMP-2G with standard engine and a trusty A\C10.
The pose was due to limited ability to hold the arms in place …but it ended up with a sort of “swagger.”

mad respect to artists who worked on older games.
It took me a long time to figure out making walls and floors play nice without making them combined tiles.
Walls are 32px square, tiles are 16px, and the player character is ~24px radius (sprite is 32px but has transparent margins).

Second test of the layer->wash->layer, its working. This basic VL-2T took the head off a Cyclops...granted the Rampage opened the target up, but those box cars were for the Vulcan. All in Alpha strike mind you.

Tried a second layer of Light Green Gray, I think the umbra still overrides the tone but it does look a little brighter.

I didn’t really finish that many minis this year , started very late. Tested Vallejo umbra wash on Pale Green Gray, good combo for a general look but the wash saps the ghostly green tint of the base color.
I’ll attempt another layer of Pale Green Gray to see what happens.
