Ahhh, I was wondering why I got a couple texts about the project over the weekend. It was launched in 2024, and while the data is continuously updated, it could use some other improvements.

I only briefly looked at landlordmapper.org data for MKE, and it is including parking spaces. I suspect it's because residential/commercial units and parking spaces are counted under one column in MPROP data (as far as I recall).
Unsure how far to extend the skepticism, but I'd trust Marquette more
landlordmapper.org isn't affiliated with Marquette/John Johnson as I understand it (though it is referenced in the white paper)
The Marquette project is here: mkepropertyownership.com
A picture of a red lighthouse on Milwaukee's Lake Michigan Shore, with a silver road bike pulling a yellow trailer in the foreground. A headline says "Milwaukee Bike Rides dot com" in the colors of the people's Milwaukee flag. Smaller text says "A hand-curated attempt to build a directory of bike riding groups in the Milwaukee area."
Every spring I hear people wondering how to find bike groups in the Milwaukee area, so I figured someone ought to sit down and list them all. That list is www.milwaukeebikerides.com

It looks like this parcel has a range (2961-2963) and Google didn’t handle it super well
