You know, it's easier to complain (well, actually wail and cry and bang head on wall) but the best thing to do now IS to PLAN TO REBUILD the destruction. Politicians need to be able to articulate concrete action steps, their costs and timing and convincingly assure voters that it is possible.

I am unable to understand why the old rules (before the challenged policy and the suits against it) are not held in place WHILE the litigation continues. On-again-off-again is chaos, of course, but unless very serious harm exists with the old rules, don't change till litigation is 100% finished!
