I'll be getting back to work on my coms this week! Last week was just tending to Wash while also having the flu. But trellis has been updated with the ones I currently have!

Adopting a notoriously difficult breed and raising him with only love and trust to flex on all the "you gotta be the alpha" weirdos

Getting complimented by every vet that interacts with Wash that he's the sweetest sharpei they've ever seen and we did such a great job with him feels so nice 🥰

I've been sleeping from 5pm to 1am so that Wash always has someone up with him and boy has it be weird

I'm feeling optimistic after talking to our vet but I'm tempering those expectations because he is almost 14 after all

We got his final test results back last Tuesday and i've been processing it ever since. He has Lymphoma. We have an appointment with an oncologist to see what his treatment options are in a week and a bit

Today the vet almost made me cry telling me how good we've cared for Wash and how most of the time things end very differently.
