In short, you submit prompts to holder, holder give you prompts from other. You create work around the prompts and submit to holder. The holder will post it in April. Like a gift exchange, just the gift is seisub fanwork.

Signed up participants will submit 3 prompts, and receive 3 prompts that other participant submitted. Participants'll create around the prompts they received and submit the work. And works is going to be post gradually over around April.

昴Mǎo sounds like 猫Māo🐈. (Every time I type 昴 my type app will always put 猫 aside it🤭.)
And 昴 has one more stroke(丿) than 昂. It looks more balance and steadier than latter one in my mind.🤔
