Including the one-shot and the crossover, this is our tenth issue overall. Double digits! And we've made the most of every page to build a world that can support our villains taking the spotlight for an issue. I hope more people discover the fun we're having.
It is not just a talking point to say this is one of my favorite issues of Bullet Adventures. Randy let me build a whole b-plot this arc focused on our misfit team of villains, and getting to write an issue focused on a heist gone wrong for Diamond Dust, Influencer, and Cupid was so much fun.

The Gatekeeper page: a young warrior princess faces an ogre who wants to keep her away from a secret door in the forest.
With her resume of Kids’ Comics such as Trollhunters and How to Train Your Dragon, Tanya Roberts was a slam dunk choice to bring The Gatekeeper to life. Her designs are perfect: the ogre is cartoon-threatening and the girl exudes the spirit needed for this adventure!

Character designs for Inspiration
This isn’t the first Altruist anthology for @dommnics, he was the artist on a Crime Pays submission. It turned out he was local and we met at a couple cons before discussing a collaboration. Inspiration relied heavily on the characters, and Dom was the perfect choice.
