10/ Shervashidze and Toshkhua were arrested on August 16, following weeks of Gotsiridze posting videos online mocking and threatened the protesters.

4/ During the scuffle, a large knife fell out of Gotsiridze’s pocket, which protesters picked up and handed over to the police.
3/ While the prosecution claims "group violence," the video reveals Gotsiridze bumping into Toshkhua and swinging a hand at another witness before the physical scuffle escalated.
2/ Silent 112 camera footage from July 31, 2025, shows Gotsiridze walking through a sparse crowd of protesters and initiating a verbal confrontation with Shervashidze.
