I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised to discover it doesn’t quite work that way. I am really glad therapy is helping.

This is my daily existence (broken spine, need hip replacements).

Gentle stretches help a lot. I’m talking things like laying down, feet up on an exercise ball, and moving your legs slowly side to side and or up and down. Go slow. Stop if it hurts. It seems silly, but movement really helps.

It was a matter of being spoilt for choice. Every artist who sent me their portfolio and reviewed the brief are each and every one incredible artists, and I wish I had the budget to hire everyone.

I picked an artist and sent them a message about next steps.

Update: ok - I have a lot of portfolios to review. Everyone throwing their hat in the ring is extremely skilled and talented.

At this point I am not accepting any new portfolios.
