All of these look interesting and release over the next month or so. I find the resurfacing of previous mobile phone exclusive Japanese games super cool (here Avilion). Wish more would be released outside of Japan too.

One thing that made a difference was chromatic aberration and lens distortion btw. I had those turned off initially. They give the game a slightly more cinematic look.
Textures and models seems to be mostly the same. Shadow resolution is probably way better on your end too. And you won‘t have those ray traced(?) reflection artefacts that can happen on console. I am used to the latter from UE5 games so I was a bit bummed to see them here. But they are rare enough.
I am replaying the game on the unlocked difficulty and came back to this bit. The difference is actually not as big as I first thought. It mostly is the added depth with path tracing and a cleaner look regarding edges/resolution. On PS5 there definitely are some jagged edges, even in quality mode.
When I first noticed these moving crates I thought we might get the ability to hold on to them at some point. They also move into an area that you can‘t (yet) reach in another level. You get there differently though.

There are these amazing manga panel style pieces of art in the credits of Pragmata. I am just showing one, because they are a reward for completing the game in itself imo. But I wanted people to know. They put a lot of love into this game. I hope it gets an artbook.
There is one writing hiccup in Pragmata: During the game Hugh calls his colleagues his closest friends, but in the opening of the game, he didn‘t even know that one of them has kids. ^^‘‘

Pragmata was so good, I am thinking of maybe even playing MH Stories 3 next instead of anything else, just because the devs at Capcom have delivered so good in the past years, I kinda want to play another Capcom game.

As a side note and a SPOILER:
The title giving Crimson Desert doesn‘t matter at all. Kind of like the Black Desert in that game when it released. It did then with later content and story additions. Which makes me wonder if they plan similarly for this one.
Also, the trophies are insane. Positively. They basically want you to master and do everything there is in the game. Would not be surprised if the percentage of people getting the platinum in this will stay below 1% for ever.
I also finished all the epilogue stuff from the Crimson Desert main quest. Probably will put this (slowly, like maybe do a bit here and there) aside now and dip back in when I see a patch or maybe even paid expansion that adds something that peaks my interest.
Finished it! This was such a good book. Highly recommend!

Playing Pragmata while reading the book Between Two Fires is really interesting. Both are about found family but with completely different approaches, settings and tones.
In true fashion of the game, the „final“ main quest and epilogue quests of Crimson Desert all bugged and glitched out and I had to reload several times to get them all done. Now I still have like 40% of the map, even more secrets and tons of side quests to do.
