So essentially when someone born in 2008 is 50, they will still be banned from buying cigarettes/vapes...a 50yr old adult will not be allowed to make thier own decisions if they smoke or not... how do they government intend to manage that?

Not sure how they are ever going to be able to enforce this. Unless there will be stop & searches, or everyone will be required to carry ID - which is a sneaky way for the government to bring in the National ID Card.

Exactly the reason why the process of ejecting all US troops on UK/EU soil should have already begun. They are not our Ally and so should be viewed as a potential enemy, and the troops as enemy combatants.
