Art Laffer was one of my grad school profs in the last 1970's just as he was breaking on to the national scene. I remain a fan of his promoting tax simplification as well as his work with Robert Mundell on exchange rates and inflation. Supply Side and his support of Prop 13, however, not so much.

Respectfully, Trump appointees Coney Barrett, Gorsuch & Kavanaugh are increasingly swing votes w/Roberts increasingly thinking legacy. SCOTUS voided Trump tariffs, Birth Right is looking at a similar fate, many rocket docket cases are proceeding at trial & new docket cases facing more scrutiny. 1
