And if someone wants to be really pedantic, the coalitions agreement can mean there needs a law that set standards for regulations ONLY, i.e. secondary legislations, not primary legislations. *hint* *hint*

That's my take as well. The coalition agreement says the government will pass a regulatory standards act, not necessarily this particular version. Winston has the power to water it down so much it is meaningless or just repeating current laws, but is still a "regulatory standards act".

In other reckons, I reckon that it is batshit crazy Andrew Cuomo could be the next mayor of New York. He effing resigned from office because of sexual harassment accusations. That man's character is compromised. People like him should not be in any position of power.
