I'd love for Environment Canterbury, the dairy fharmer's of Aotearoa & Fonterror to answer this. In my lifetime I've seen animal agriculture esp dairy fharming, ruin the artesian aquifers in Canterbury. Nitrates and E Coli in our water well exceeds safe drinking limits for health, causing cancer.
