Meanwhile I look at a similar sized place in like suburban Rochester and it’s less expensive, the schools are much better, no hurricanes, and the state government isn’t run by MAGA lunatics. The Zillow estimates keep going up and up and up. 🤔
The Zillow estimate on the place my mother in law rented in Bradenton back in February has been in slow decline for 5 years after basically doubling in value during covid. It’s a nice house in a nice neighborhood but the schools are garbage and the house wouldn’t survive a category 2 landfall.
