Yes she does. She shoots in S.Utah but is actually in Arizona (when she's not touring). She does amazing work in that Southern Utah/Northern Arizona terrain. And yes, she books up quickly.

Exactly. I don't think the problem is a global economy and markets. But we also don't want to make all business decisions based on what is the lowest cost (labor or production) either.

First, there are some photographers (or magazines/sites) who want "young." Like "ID shows you're 18 but you could pass for 16." You're not shooting that. But there is plenty of glamour nude work that involves models into their 30's and 40's. And you're toned.
