Usually I either leave my embroideries framed in the hoop and hang them as is (sometimes I paint the hoop) or sometimes I will mount the hoop to a board, removing the outer hoop and frame it in a shadow box frame.

The window is fabric with that night sky printed on it that I embellished with thread & beads. I have stitched pieces all the way, but yes…it takes months. This style of only stitching the spotlight is like my cheat code to finishing my work faster. lol. And it’s just beautiful & intriguing.
