“Look again at that dot. That’s here. That’s home.”
~ Carl Sagan
From old growth forest and salmon rivers to coastal waters and mountain ecosystems, this small blue dot holds everything we love. Earth Day is a reminder to care for it - right here, at home.

Also, thank you to Elected Chief Councillor Glenn Bennett, and the Kitselas First Nation.
Thank you to all members of both First Nations for your perseverance and dedication. Also to the treaty commission and all those who carried this forward for so many years.
Modern treaties create a foundation for sustainable growth and provide clarity for all British Colombians. Thank you to Elected Chief Councillor Nicole Rempel for her tireless leadership and the K’omoks’ First Nation on this historic achievement.

Last year I had the privilege of rising in the Legislature to talk about the anniversary of The Battle of Vimy Ridge. This battle took place April 9-12, 1917 and was a pivotal battle in the history of Canada. 🇨🇦

Your support helps me and all of our volunteers to continue to spread the good news about the work that we’re doing, and continue to fight for improvements in a difficult time.
Thank you folks - we are working for you.
Right here in our community we’re working hard to make sure that we improve things like healthcare, education, and supports for survivors of violence.
Happy spring everyone! We’re getting very close to my birthday, and all I am hoping for this year is support to continue the good work that we are doing with the BC NDP in our province.
