Every time I read an academic who has interesting things to say on issues of morality, and whom I might quote, I have to search them to see if they've been forced to resign because of harassment, sexual misconduct, or similar.

Elon Musk spent billions of dollars to push white supremacy and has a compound where he’s keeping the children he’s trying to breed into little supermen and he’s never described as a fanatic for white supremacy.
In any other context this would be recognized as the ideological fanaticism that it really is.
Similar to the effort among tech people to gene edit their way to super babies, we’re seeing people respond to the fact that the factual basis for ideas like white supremacy and eugenics being false with efforts to make them real.
The same way COMPSTAT was a way to replicate the same racist policing through the use of technical jargon these glasses will do the same with the bonus of a hardware component to waste money on as well.
I’m sure the QR codes and isometric makeup will help but they’re mainly going to target the people they always have.
