In 2015 I ran 1200 miles, up from 900 the year before, and 4 half marathons and a bunch of 5k's and 8k's. I burned myself out, and I never ran more than 300-400 miles any year after that. I need to get back to somewhere between those numbers.
I also hate it and like it. I think most runners do. I absolutely cannot treadmill run, but I like outdoor running. I'm just out of shape, again.
Did my first run in nearly 2 years. It was short (2 miles) and it was slow, but it is done. Hopefully gonna get back in the saddle.
