I was hoping the 2002 Solaris would do more for me despite the mixed reviews, but even as a sci-fi fan it had some issues. Good Luck, Have Fun, Don't Die on the other hand was just my type of crazy.

Pretty easy for me so far, but harder by the end of the year for sure.

Still worth, first a forgettable crime thriller and then a great noir that holds up great considering its age.

Aniara, bought it on physical after watching it. Probably one of the more polarising movies on this list.

For me I'm in luck as remakes/reboots are on my weekly themed movie challenge this week and I see a few in there that meet that criteria.

I'm sorry, it was good fun time, but it wasn't even in the same league as Arco or Little Amélie or the Character of Rain in terms of best animation.

Great little movie I caught at a film festival last year if slice of life/coming of age chill movies are your jam. Also more people should watch Barbie Ferreira's other 2025 movie, Bob Trevino Likes It as it's great.

Sweet, Arco finally releases in Australia this week, so I was going to see it anyway, the last of the best animated nominees I've got left to watch.
