Who’s the best source for interpreting yesterday’s travel ban language for the “partial” countries? My read is anyone holding passports from that list won’t be allowed in and future visas won’t be issued. 1) Eg it actually annuls existing visas? 2) what about LPRs from those countries?

Btw the foreign aid cut isn’t just a premonition of what chickens would come home to roost, in this case only days later. It was the actualization of intentions Trump1’s global gag/global health attack articulated, but only if you listened & believed they meant what they said.
