Yikes, I haven’t seen that but I agree that keeping trash on the trucks is important!
I understand that street sweeping is also helpful for cleaning up cities but I think that’s pretty close to third rail
Will this make Philly streets cleaner? It’s a race between avoiding dumping and trash bags sitting outside more frequently. Getting people to use trash cans would be a nice complement here.
