It's my personal policy that if the survey has to do with personnel, always side with the personnel. (If the personnel needs improvement, that's a private communication to their supervisor.)
But for a product it's open season.
Just got my post-ED visit survey and you bet all the providers got top marks. My only feedback was that they should all get a raise.

Okay so Dec 2 2025 wasn't a *typical* day in what I was doing (hence why I journaled it) but as to *how* I was doing it (by bicycle) it was pretty much my every day life. (except when injured) 🚲

No worries! I basically came off the bike sideways (like I have a million times) but THIS time the handlebars caught me end-on in my right floating ribs before my feet hit the ground so ALL MY WEIGHT pressed into my handlebar end very suddenly.
And yes I got a mark to prove it!

EMTs had a purpose built machine for carrying people off trails.
