My last haircut has left me with a small, wispy bit at the front.
In the mornings when I wake up, I look like TinTin!

When Angela Rayner underpaid £40,000 in stamp duty, Richard Tice said it was "morally completely indefensible” and she should resign if she had “any moral decency”.
Now we learn he set up four shell companies that let him avoid paying £100,000 he owed in tax and to then transfer the cash to Reform
The OH likes to go to aquasize on Mondat mornings. Got back about 12.45.
Offered to make her a bacon & egg bap. Bit of brown sauce, 2 rashers smoked back bacon, fried egg on top of bacon.
I had the same.
Sat quietly enjoying radio, and munching, washed down with tea.
Not a bad life!
I was a bit concerned that I was swearing a bit too much.
The news over the last week makes me think that I don't swear enough.
There's going to be a local by-election for town council in May.
The Conservatives didn't get their nomination papers in in time, so there will be no Conservative on the ballot paper.
They are protesting that it's unfair. Not quite sure why, as they had the same info as everyone else.
Liberal Democrats get things done. We don’t do division. We do potholes and police officers, church roofs and clean rivers.
We focus on the local issues that matter to you.
Vote Liberal Democrat on 7th May.
Farage is such a brown nose!
Eventually it asked me for phone number; I gave it 020 938 1212 (New Scotland Yard!)
Then it asked for email address (stickitupyourarse@nochance.com)
They still have a way to go for it to pass the Turing Test!
I immediately guessed it was AI; I tried instructing it to provide other information. It just repeated the same details.
I tried messing with it, speaking in French Germand Spanish. Again it just repeated the same standard text. I kept it going for 10-15 minutes.
I had a really interesting, and totally bizarre phone call earlier.
Someone called "Tom" who was trying to sell loft insulation.
I asked who the company was, I was treated to an explanation of what the engineers would do.
I pointed out that we had no loft, and I got an exact repeat.
It's usually in the spice jar section of your supermarket.
But you get very little in the jar, maybe 1 thin piece, often wrapped in a plastic wrapper.
Insanely expensive.
Someone in the past used to do that.
Stalin.
Why is Charles still going? It really is not appropriate given Trump's attitude, and the things he's said.
Just waiting for that syrup to disappear in a sharp gust of wind.
That would be funny. 🤣🤣
Some want to import Trump-style divisive politics into our communities.
We don’t do division. We do potholes, GP appointments and clean rivers.
Vote Liberal Democrat on May 7th for a local champion who’ll work to fix things for your community.
I would agree with the findings; they match my own experiences.

Sounds remarkably like a certain UK politician; the MP for Clacton.
Doesn't visit his constituency, seldom attends debates or votes, pretends to be working class despite his privileged background, spends his time grifting.
Seaside town? We have the buggers flying around the town centre, and we're the best part of 15 miles from the nearest shoreline.
And Ian Dale.
My mother used to say "don't come running to me if you fall out of that tree and break your legs!"
It didn't make sense then. It doesn't make sense now.
It's a puzzle ...
...and slammed the phone down.
I obviously must try harder with my sad old man routine.
Like many other TalkTalk customers, we got moved to Utility Warehouse.
We seldom had scam calls before; now getting at least one a day, sometimes more.
Today's was "Microsft Support". Tried to keep him talking to waste his time, but he realised that, called me a rude name ...
Excellent speech by Anna Sabine MP. Protect the BBC.

My SiL lives in that area. It would be good if prices did drop, as it would allow her to buy the place that she's renting.
A question for USA Blueskyers.
I was watching The West Wing. Sam Seaborne makes a comment that suggests you don't like politicians who stand in one seat, fail to get elected, then stand in another seat.
Is that true? Why?
It's quite common in the UK, especially as boundaries get redrawn.
For reference, my 70th birthday is next week ...
