It really makes you wonder about the voters and people in the US. I’m a nurse of 35 years so intolerance isn’t something I take easily. But I’m 58. How did I not realize there were so many closet racists? How did I not see what was brewing under the surface of America?

On this day a person was born who healed the sick, comforted the suffering and gave the world compassion when it needed it the most and that legacy still continues. Happy Birthday Clara Barton!
