I guess we're just waiting around to see if this demented psychopath kills everyone: defector.com/i-guess-were...
sometimes I feel stupid for dedicating my life to a business that throws as many curveballs as the coffee industry.
then I brew a cup of something we've roasted that is so delicious it makes my head spin.
I guess I'm stuck with it. doesn't hurt that it's addictive.
Nostalgia on tap this week…
I for one would like more stories of eclectic coffee bars from the past. Might inspire someone to try it again.

Detail of some freshly printed risograph sheets of the YES PLZ Coffee dispatch
Estimating my total word count for all the @yesplz.coffee weekly dispatch letters is around ~150k.
The current incarnation is a small risograph pamphlet I print at home, but I’d like it to become more zine-like again as we grow.
mood.
In the note that comes with each shipment of coffee, @tonx.coffee shared that he feels like he’s bad at self promo, so I want to help.
I love @yesplz.coffee’s single-origin selections. They’re my favorite roaster, the coffees are always unique and delish.
Share someone that makes something rad!
I'm your beeeeeaan dealer, I believe we can reach the morning liii-ight...
When this haircut shows up in your arrakis it means spice prices about to go up

Currently sipping our very fresh washed Pink Bourbon from Bibiana Ines in Nariño Colombia.
So lovely, so resonant... I feel compelled to shout into the void that people should *give me money* in exchange for me *mailing some to them*. Maybe that people is you?

Happy Mario day!
what I'm drinking this morning. A beautiful well-rounded cup.
Still enough of this batch that I can peel off a few bags to anyone who wants to take the plunge.
A bag of whole bean coffee called “a new contraption”

Well crap. Now I have to get it.
don’t forget to destroy your clocks tonight, walk away from your mortgage, just start driving, you’re free
Change your clocks tonight! Change them into doves. Release them into the cold March sky. A single feather drifts down, but your clocks are gone. Hold onto the feather, keep it safe. One day the clocks will return, if they love you.
This week's drop of The Mix is "Skyliner" — a Pink Bourbon from Colombia, with contributions from a favorite Peru and a killer Kenya. Cocoa, berries, citrus, cherries. Incredible.
If you've been led to believe that blends are boring or second-rate, this'll fix you. ☕
